There was a photo spreading on every social networking websites stating that "Kurkure could catch up fire and burn like a plastic".Even though kurkure was not my favorite snack i bagged up a kurkure packet along with my other stuffs from a supermarket.Out of my eagerness i took a piece of kurkure and tried to light it up.I knew kurkure would catch up fire as it was made of oil but the way it burned put me into a shock.
Are Kurkure Made of Plastic ?
If you are aware of organic labs then you might know that before a product is about to release in the market it will undergo several tests for the concern of people's health.How could something which is made of plastic could possibly pass the test i wondered and then figured out the quest.
Kurkure was made of corn starch,salt and edible oil.This was the possible reason that made the kurkure to burn like a plastic.However when you ignite a pop corn or similar products which are made of corn starch you would see the same result.Any fried product would give the same illusion as plastic kind of burning but there is nothing to worry about."Kurkure are not made of plastic" would be my final conclusion but anything taken up much can cause effects on your health.
